Pricing
My fee is 5% of the linehaul (the base freight rate on the rate confirmation) for each load I book and you complete.
Founding-carrier rate
My first carriers get 5% locked for their first 90 days. There is no automatic increase after that. Any later change needs your agreement in writing.

What you get
Everything on the Services list: load search, negotiation, rate confirmation review, check calls, BOL and POD follow-up, invoicing and payment follow-up.
Terms
No setup fee. No weekly minimum. No monthly subscription. No fee on loads you book yourself. No fee on fuel surcharges or reimbursements for detention, layover, TONU (truck ordered not used) or lumper (unloading) charges. Month-to-month, cancel with 7 days’ notice. If no loads are completed, you owe nothing. The written agreement defines each term and when my fee is due.
You are paid directly by the broker or your factoring company; I never receive your money.
