Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
My fee is 5% of linehaul on loads I book and you complete. No setup fee, no minimums, no subscription. See the Pricing page.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month. You can cancel with 7 days’ notice.
Whose name are loads booked under?
Yours. I act as your agent under your MC/DOT authority. I do not broker freight.
Who controls my broker accounts?
You do. They stay in your name. I only use access you grant, and you can remove it at any time.
How do I get paid, and how do you get paid?
The broker or your factoring company pays you directly. I never receive your money. I invoice you for my fee after delivery.
Do you ever book a load without my approval?
No. You approve every rate confirmation before pickup.
What happens when a load goes wrong?
I contact the broker right away and document the problem. For detention, TONU or lumper charges I submit the reimbursement request and take no fee on the amount. I cannot guarantee a broker will pay.
Will brokers work with a brand-new authority?
Many do, some don’t. Brokers set their own rules on authority age, insurance and safety record. Check FMCSA and each broker’s requirements. I cannot promise access to any broker.
What equipment do you dispatch?
Dry van. Other equipment on request.
How do we communicate?
Phone, text and email, Mon to Fri, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Central Time. I reply to messages outside those hours the next working day. I am based outside the U.S.
What about my data?
I use your details only to run the service. See the Privacy page.
Can I talk to a current carrier?
Not yet. I’m new. Ask for a trial load first, and verify me on FMCSA.
